If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for your choice of exchange or full refund. Please note that all shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you are returning items that are defective or you received items that you did not order, we will refund the shipping charges.
All return items must be in new & unused condition and in their original packaging & boxes. We reserve the right to inspect and return to you any items that is not acceptable for return. Refunds & exchanges cannot be made until we receive the return merchandise. Please remember to include a copy of your receipt when you are returning items.
Our standard returning procedure is as follow:
• Call us at 305-717-5405 for a return authorisation number within 7 days of receipt. Please mark the number clearly on the shipping carton.
• Ship your carton to the following address prepaid & insured:

• Please make sure you have purchased insurance for the full purchase price.
Items lost or damaged during the transit are the responsibility of the customer.
